Large and heavy copper saucepan made in france in the early 1900s. The wrought iron handle could date this saucepan from the 1800s. The tin interior is worn especially on the edges.
The saucepan can be used for decoration, storage or organization. Filled with cooking condiments or plants and flowers. It will find a place of choice in a kitchen or a living room.
This beautiful sturdy piece, shows signs of wear and traces of a long history of serious cooking. Marked 22 (for the diameter) near the handle. Copper surface tarnished and weathered in places. Stains and rust patches due to overflow and pouring. Dark traces around the handle base.
