This is a perfect sized french copper frying pan / skillet with solid iron handle. For omelette's, and general frying chores on a smaller scale. Dehillerin paris and villedieu france. (no made in france stamp) post 1957.Dehillerin also outsourced stock from other top french copper suppliers and this one was villedieu made. So solid for a smaller pan and just under 3mm thick and with a weight of - 3.19lbs / 1.45kgs. Useful just as an every day use pan to rest up and preserve your more expensive tin lined pans for a longer tin life. It has an iron handle with a tear drop opening for hanging, the handle is firmly riveted to the pan with three steel rivets. The stainless lining of the pan comes in a good usable lightly used before condition. I have tested it for nickel content and it has nickel in it. Stamped to the left of the lifting handle e. Dehillerin paris and next to it, villedieu france. This pan is in a lovely condition with no dents and only a few very light scratches on the base underside and past storage related marks.
