What a most beautiful ancient french hammered copper patisserie pan. Very rare with a central copper divider that can accommodate two different flavors of fillings to pour precisely and accurately each time. All hand made by a true french artisan from so long ago.It has bronze solder on the underside of the copper handle support and fixing plate. The handle plate is secured firmly by three old hand made copper rivets. It has a long and narrow pouring spout and central divider for precision pouring of two flavours into molds.
This pan is of excellent quality and is still very much usable today. There are minimal dings for its age and it is still a very solid piece that will last you well. A most beautiful pan, still very much able to function for you as was intended. It has some very very light scratches and dark age mark scars showing its past life in all its glory.The copper has darkened just a little internally from the fruit tannin's. A real honest piece of ancient french craftsmanship. This is a stunning old patisserie pan with a short wooden handle fitted into the copper conical hollow handle that attaches directly to the pan with 3 copper rivets.
